Try this awesome Christmas version of the classic game of "Spoons".
Have everyone sit in a circle around the table, and place a candy cane in the middle of the table for each person. Now remove one candy cane—one less cane than players.
Give each person four cards. Place the deck in front of one player, and have them draw cards from the deck one at a time. They can only have four cards at once, so they must discard the cards they don't want. The discarded cards go around the table clockwise.
The goal of the game is to get four of the same number. The first person to get four snags a candy cane. Once the first candy cane is taken, everyone else can grab one as well. The person who doesn't get a candy cane is "out".
What could be more fun than drinking to a classic Christmas movie?

You want at least 20-30 Christmas trivia questions.
Give each participant a pen and paper. Ask each of the questions, and give everyone 10-20 seconds to come up with the answers before moving on.
The winners are the ones who can answer the most questions correctly.
This is a fun way to encourage mingling, Christmas-style!
Before the party, write down the names of Christmas characters on pieces of paper. Try to have one piece of paper per guest. As the guests enter, stick the pieces of paper to their backs. As they mingle, they have to find out who they are. Their fellow guests are allowed to answer questions but can't tell them directly who they are.
At the end of the night, see who has figured out who they are. They are the winners and receive a small prize (goodie bag or treat of some sort).
See who's got that hidden present-wrapping skill in this head to head race!
The rules are simple: the first team to wrap their box wins!
You can do it one of two ways:
The goal is the game is for the teams to wrap their presents as neatly as possible, but as quickly as possible. This includes the classic ribbon and bow.
The winner is the team that gets the present wrapped most quickly.

Place a random gift items into a stocking, and give a stocking to each team. The teams are to guess what's inside without looking or squeezing the stocking. If they get it right, they get to the keep the item within the stocking.
The best of the office Christmas party games: the ugliest wins!
This is a game that will have your employees in stitches!
Weeks before the office Christmas party, tell them to bring the ugliest, most garish, most colorful Christmas sweater they can find.
On the day of the party, have a "fashion show", with each guest writing down commentary for the DJ to read out as they model their sweater.
After the fashion show, have everyone vote on which sweaters they think are the ugliest. Have a Top 5, as well as the #1 ugliest sweater of all. The winners get to take home a prize.
