YOUNG ADULT DISCO'S

We use the term 'Young Adults' to describe the age group between around 13 and 16

We completely understand this age group, and appreciate that they are at the cross-over point between 'Teens' (9 to 13Yrs) and Adults

Some elements of our Teen and Adult Disco's may be relevant and we will be very happy to combine any elements of our Teen, Young-Adult and Adult Disco's in order to get the content of any Disco we provide absolutely right for you

MUSIC

Having a Disco that will play the right type of music will undoubtedly be one of the main priorities for most Young Adults

We can guarantee to get your music right, because the music we play will be of your own choice

We always ask for a music play-list if so if you wish to provide one, we will gladly accept this

We will play your choice of music and steer away from any music you don’t wish to hear

A music list is completely optional, however it really helps us get the music absolutely right for your Party. This is particularly true for Young Adult Disco's because there are so many potential genres for them to be 'into.’ Another factor is that a lot of music can have a quick turn-over in the music charts and therefore it often has a VERY short 'shelf-life.’ What filled the dance-floor a couple of weeks ago can be 'old' or 'out' today!

The visual aspect of a Young Adults Disco will also be a very important factor to a 13 to 16Yr old, and a Fully Modern Over-head Nightclub Light show and your choice of any, or all of our Special Effects are included at no extra charge

INTERACTION

Some 13-16Yr olds will want a completely 'Adult' Disco with no competitions or games of any kind, whilst others love the idea of some interaction (games, competitions and/or spot-prizes)

Most parties for this age group will indeed need a little 'geeing-up' to get the ball rolling.

We have the experience to be able to break the ice and get the Party started without having to embarrass anyone into playing kind of games or competitions, if they are not requested

IN ADVANCE

Our initial task with a Disco for this age group is to try to gain as much feedback as we can about the type of Disco you'd like. This feedback is, of course, optional, but is very useful to us. It can be about ANY aspect of the show we provide, from the music we do and don't play, the type of lighting & Special FX we use or the type of interaction and usage of microphone from the DJ on the day!

DJ / ON THE DAY

We will send one of our younger DJ's for this age group. We can guarantee a minimum of 5 years experience in doing Mobile Disco work for this age group. The Dj will gain rapport with the Young Adults in attendance, and will be happy to accept requests and feedback about what you'd like him to do or play throughout the Disco. We will send a Dj who is young enough to be 'cool' but also old enough to have the experience to turn the Disco into a Real Party!
